For 18 years, I thrived as a corporate engineer, but the relentless demands of the job took a toll on my health. The COVID-19 pandemic only intensified the physical, mental, and emotional strain, leaving me searching for a way to heal.
Yoga, a practice I had cherished in childhood but drifted away from, became my sanctuary. Determined to rebuild my health, I returned to yoga under the guidance of skilled teachers. The transformation was profound—yoga restored my physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
This journey ignited a passion within me to share the incredible benefits of yoga with others. I pursued professional certification and became a yoga teacher, dedicating myself to helping others recover, heal, and thrive. Today, I empower my students to embrace yoga as a tool for transformation, guiding them toward greater health, balance, and inner peace.
